

Andy is the founder of Generation Community Ventures, and has worked in low carbon asset management and community energy since 2010.
Andy leads on innovation projects for domestic solar, storage, demand side response and smart local energy. Andy is a member of the Energy Network Association Distributed Energy Steering Group and Ofgem's Future Network Access Small Users Challenge Group

Andy holds an MSc Energy, Environmental Technology & Economics (Merit) from City University, London, a Securities Diploma and a BA Hons Political Theory & Economics (1993) from Liverpool University
In his spare time Andy is a Trustee and Secretary for a charity promoting water based sports for all ages, and is found as often as possible on, in or under the water with his two children

Beth has worked in finance and project management for over 10 years, specialising in sustainability, social enterprise, and the public sector, as well as supporting small businesses to reduce their carbon footprint through developing low carbon and renewable technology.
A highly skilled project manager with Prince2 Agile training, Beth brings proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, whilst being passionate about social and environmental impact. Beth worked with the GCV team in the early days, supporting the first projects.

Beth is Vice Treasurer for a cycling charity, helping people with disabilities to access sport. She loves spending time outdoors, so will often be found swimming in the local lido or on a bike ride.

Steve is an experienced management consultant, Board advisor and NED who specialises in the Energy & Utilities sector.
He holds senior roles with companies which span key components of the energy transition including data and technology services, research and consultancy, advanced metering and smart devices and low carbon infrastructure
